Refund conditions

At Ganamax.shop , we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 14 days after receipt of your order. If more than 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned at your expense, in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must be in perfect condition for a refund to be approved.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days . If you don't see a refund after this time, please check with your bank or credit card provider first.

Size exchanges

We accept size exchanges if the product is returned in perfect condition and the shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please email us at Christophe@ganamax.fr and we will provide you with the steps to follow.

Non-refundable items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable (digital) products
• Items on sale or on promotion

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
