At Ganamax.shop, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our refund and return policy below.
**Returns**
Our return policy lasts for 14 days after you receive your order. If more than 14 days have passed since the delivery of your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned at your expense, in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must be in perfect condition for the refund to be approved.
**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. If you do not see a refund after this period, please first check with your bank or credit card provider.
**Size Exchanges**
We accept size exchanges if the product is returned in perfect condition, and the shipping costs are borne by the customer. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please email us at Christophe@ganamax.fr, and we will provide you with the next steps.
**Non-Refundable Items**
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products (digital)
- Sale or promotional items
